Our Parents’ Morning Out program is a faith-based weekly program for early preschoolers operated by Indian Run United Methodist Church. Christian focus and ideas are incorporated into each activity your child enjoys. The program includes circle time, fine motor skills and large muscle play. In addition, children have creative experiences using a sensory table, reading stories, creating artwork, singing and dancing. Most importantly, the Parents’ Morning Out program gives children the opportunity to develop socially with his or her peers. The program operates Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings (9:15-11:45am) from September through mid May. There are three nurturing caregivers with ten children enrolled each morning. Participants must be at least 24 months and less than 36 months of age by September 30th of the current school year. Contact the Parents’ Morning Out Coordinator to learn more, ask questions, or to inquire about current program openings.
